I’m thinking of shutting down this here webbity. And I’ll tell ya why. I don’t have time anymore. I’m not interested in talking about my life publicly. My estranged family is using it as a way to keep contact with me.

If I don’t shut it down, maybe I’ll turn it to all fiction. That might be fun.

In other news, I desire a baked good. An almond pretzel from Schlegel’s on Foster.

Next month, I will be debt-free. And then I will start investing/paying for our wedding in May.

I did an insane amount of work on the house this weekend. Scrubbed the basement floor, laundry, painted the kitchen and hallway. I have my eye on a few more projects, namely the basement and upstairs organization.

But the dining room! Oh, it will be painted blue and I will glue flat-backed marbles to it. It will look crazy and gorgeous.

The house thing is cool.

Also, the job is cool. This job makes me realize just how crappy it was to work for United. Jesus H. Christ.

Party on. And tell me if I should give the blog the old heave ho.

    Ummm, no? I know I’m not one to talk, seeing as I’ve given my poor site the pooh treatment and never update ever. But it’s just nice knowing you’re out there, somewhere, and I’d miss that if you took it down. It’s your choice though, of course. This is just my little vote.

    You could always get a new address that is different and only tell the cool people you like where to find you. Have estranged family track you down and read all about the life you don’t want them a part of is pretty stressful.

    I hear ya sister. Been debating the same thing myself – I like Cinnamon’s idea, but respect either one. Since I’m fortunate enough to see you in person every so often, it’s all good.

    hey, i would be sorry to see you go.

    if the concern is only privacy, and not time or effort, may i suggest a locked diary? i have a couple friends who have those over at diaryland.com. then you could choose who gets the key (password). hopefully you’ll allow me to be included in that selection?
